Economic Stimulus Workshop

The Introduction to Allegro (reformer) Workshop is designed for people who have never studied on an Allegro Pilates reformer or need a refresher course. This workshop is an excellent way for new students to experience Pilates using an Allegro. Students can take this class as many times as needed until they are prepared for the Allegro Pilates class.

Private sessions are also available if desired.

Yoga

Yoga Class - Triangle Pose Yoga can be traced back to 5,000 years ago and is a Sanskrit word meaning to join or yoke; union. Its full meaning is about the union of the body, mind and spirit. It is about the ending of the chattering of the mind so that the mind can experience stillness thus enhancing ones connection to spirit. Yoga can help with the burdens of stress and anxiety by encouraging the relaxation response and helps you experience being “present” in the moment. It also helps develop strength, flexibility and overall kinesthetic awareness.
