Economic Stimulus Workshop

The Introduction to Allegro (reformer) Workshop is designed for people who have never studied on an Allegro Pilates reformer or need a refresher course. This workshop is an excellent way for new students to experience Pilates using an Allegro. Students can take this class as many times as needed until they are prepared for the Allegro Pilates class.

Private sessions are also available if desired.

General Directions to the Studio:

From Highway 50, take the El Dorado Hills Blvd/Latrobe Road exit.

Follow Latrobe Road south to Golden Foothill Parkway.

Turn right on Golden Foothill Parkway.

Continue approximately one half mile to the stop sign at Suncast and Golden Foothill

Continue on Golden Foothill and the Quail Commerce Center is the first driveway on your left.

Drive all the way to the rear of the Center. We are at 4822 Golden Foothill, Suite #2, in the southeast corner of the complex.
